We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 11 am midday AEST.

We also offer a flat rate of $12.95 for shipping wherever you are in Australia. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Whether it be to Coolangatta, Broken Hill, or to the most remote parts of this sunburnt country, we believe in a fair shipping policy Australia-wide. We aim to achieve this wherever possible, even if it costs us an arm and a leg (or a few dozen fair-dinkum Aussie meat pies!).

Please note that we work with several different carriers to get your order to you as fast as we can. For most metro areas on the East Coast, this means your order should arrive within 1-3 business days. For faraway areas like Western Australia and the Northern Territory, it’s usually around 4-5 business days. 

We know how important it is to get your new Shopify hardware to you in the fastest time possible. We understand how significant your investment is and how excited you must be to open a new retail store or move away from your existing point-of-sale. We work on a principle of “the sooner, the better” when shipping out our hardware as we know how positive the impact will be on your business. 

We are also working on reducing our carbon footprint.

At GORILLA LAB, we care about the environment and we are endeavouring to reduce our carbon footprint wherever we can. Previously, we shipped everything from our Sydney suppliers - to our Melbourne warehouse - to you, which was inefficient in transport kilometres. 

We source our goods from multiple suppliers in both Sydney and North America, and have since formed a partnership with our main supplier to warehouse our ‘hard-to-get’ items in Sydney to ship to you. This is good news for us as it means less transport kilometres and quicker delivery times. It is important to note, however, that this means that on some occasions your order will be shipped from different suppliers in NSW. The good news is that we only stock quality products that are made to last and now, with our updated shipping methods, we are helping to save the environment in shipping to you too.
