We offer up to 30 minutes of hardware phone and remote support to help you set up the Shopify hardware when you buy from us. So if you have tried and failed, and something just doesn't appear to be working, give us a call and we will help guide you through the process.

What is included?
Support in connecting the receipt printer, cash drawer and barcode scanner to your iPad POS and getting it all working.

What is not included?
Setup of the barcode printer, barcode printer software, printing barcode labels and training.
